City and County Plat Requirements are Complete!

 

Great things are coming from Spencer Peck, an up and coming superstar investor. Great progress has been made on his project with the partnership we have created here at Mike Watson Investing. Spencer has learned a ton, and with him partnering with us, he has been able to see the process unfold. It is truly exciting to be able to guide a willing and eager student in a way that a project gets done properly, and to see them grasp the complexity of it all at the same time. 
 
Here is the progress on this deal. The City and County offices have completed their review of the preliminary and final subdivision plats. They were APPROVED! The site plan and the renderings are professional-grade all the way. 
Couldn’t be happier for this hard-working plumber, by profession. He has taken that work ethic and is using it for Highest and Best Use Real Estate Investing. Take a look at the smile on his face in the picture above and you will not see the true enthusiasm and excitement from him that he’s had during this transformative time in his life. This is why we do what we do here! It is our privilege to be a part of his success story and to help him grow as an investor and person.
 
We will get all necessary signatures on the preliminary and final plats, post the bond, and get this HBU change finalized by having it recorded at the county. Our engineer, Matt Brown, got the site plan drawn with roofs and driveways done the other day to help formulate the required water shares. A front elevation of the coming duplexes is below.
