Brand New Senior Housing coming to Yucaipa, California

Give a huge shout out to Tim Huyck everyone! This rockstar has a 1.34-acre property under contract in a Zone that allows for 8.7 units per acre. That, along with a 100% density bonus from the city for senior housing, will allow us to add 21 senior condos/apartments to the already existing 2 houses that are currently on the property, and make a 7 figure profit!

The craze for Senior housing is sweeping the nation.  Every week, 65,000 people graduate to senior status and many thousands of them are looking for places to live.  Senior projects often make for great developments because parking and green space are often reduced while lucrative density bonuses can be given.

We cannot stress just how incredible using the Highest and Best Use mentality is, in finding deals that are often hiding in plain sight.
